    I needed some advice and was informed by my GP that I could access online consultation. In less than a day I’d had a text informing me what I needed to do and signposted for other services . I have now used this twice. Once for stomach pain and one for a sick note. Both were responded to really quickly I was amazed how accessing health advice has changed so much

    Very rude reception staff , if they ever answer phone which is very unlikely, never any slots , staff are rude and don't care at all, poor comunication, they always say no doctors!!! Just don't care at all, needs closing down before someone dies !!!!

    After explaining to the receptionist my problem I was told that “oh you don’t want everyone knowing that do you?” I felt I couldn’t say what I needed to as I was spoken over and not listened to. Receptionist was very rude and blunt with me. After waiting for 45 mins to get through on the phone there customer service and telephone manor is disgusting.
