    The online enquiries form is a good idea. However, it is unavailable most of time so it seems pointless. When finally got through on the phone, was told rudely that my question was not accurate online. This is just not on. There could be some respect for the patients.

    Refered for Tetanus booster by Derby Hospital I arrived at Tibshelf on the given appointment time only to be told no vaccine available (another wasted journey) After another appointment was finally given the medication, but another appointment was needed to complete the course Arrived for that appointment only to be told no one available to administer it ( no one in the surgery could give me the medication Come on Staffa stop being a joke in this area

    Came for an appointment this morning, in good time. Booked in with the online system which said I was booked in and to take a seat. Waited for my appointment. Got a message 7 minutes into my appointment time to say I had not attended. Spoke to the receptionist - told her I had checked in, had been waiting and then got that message. She went to speak to the member of staff and returned to say they could not fit me in as i was not booked in - there was no one else waiting. Worse still - This was an appointment for a smear, very off-putting that I couldn’t be fitted in to my appointment slot. No wonder people don’t attend for smear tests.
