All of the drs,and receptionists, Nurses are always very good and helpful sometimes bit hard to get through but once you do you are treated with exceptional care, if you visit this surgery you are certainly dealt with affiantly which goes a long way, well done and keep up the good work

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at St Thomas Health Centre and Exwick. They all do an amazing job in increasingly impossible circumstances and they deserve much more recognition and consideration than they appear to get at the moment. My comments are not related to any one visit but to my overall experience of care from this practice.

I spoke to 2 amazing doctors on the phone who helped me so much. I had tonsillitis and also sepsis and if the doctor didn’t tell me to take it seriously and get to the hospital, I probably wouldn’t be alive now. I can’t thank these amazing doctors enough!

Having spoken to a gp previously about my mental health and been told I just need to 'exercise more', I was very apprehensive. But the gp at the student health centre not only made me feel incredibly comfortable, but they ensured I felt in control of what treatment I had. They supported me in contacting the ucmht team and then in progressing onto medication which has transformed my life. They are now supporting me in winding down that medication even though I have left the University, while I transfer over to my new gp, so I don't feel unsupported. I really wish there was more recognition of the role the nhs and practices such as this within them play within people's lives. I wouldn't be here without this practice and my gp and I will be forever grateful.

As a trans patient, all the staff have gone above and beyond to support me. A friendly and welcoming practice with knowledgeable GPs about my specific needs. The nurses are also lovely.

Receptionist went above and beyond to get me a same day appointment. So polite and helpful. My doctors call back was above and beyond and totally thorough compassionate and understanding. In our hard times and negativity we have experienced in the last couple of years ! St Thomas surgery you deserve a huge thankyou and recognition for all the hard good work you do . Thankyou.
