Impossible to contact using phone or e-consult due to phone lines being busy and e-consult only being accessible up until about 9am and after that nothing being excepted just says try again tomorrow, seems they need a different way to order perscriptions except online if you have to have photo id( don't have any) to use there app or the nhs app.

  2. Review titled No Appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

No longer doing HUB appointments No Saturday or Sunday appointments with GPS to replace HUB appointments. No physio appointments after 4 Self referral physio appointment form online not working No routine appointments at all, no advice as to when routine appointments after 4pm will become available Econsult not working, even if econsult was working I suspect I would be advised face to face appointment would be needed, which there are none available I wouldn’t mind waiting 4-6 weeks for a face to face appointment if the appointment system had been built that far forward, but only built for two weeks All very disappointing,

I have been on the phone for 20 minutes and still waiting the service is terrible it was the same in the morning I need to book a psa blood test as I have recently had my prostrate removed so I need to keep a eye on my psa blood count with not being able to get through it is a trying time for me so I don’t need to be worrying about being left on the phone waiting for the surgery to get round to answering the phone
