I had an appointment with the HCA (female) today. She treated me with an empathetic nature. She explained my blood results and gave me guidance on how to lower my cholesterol as well as providing general lifestyle changes. She is very caring and good to see her in a HCA role. Many thanks.

The lady doctor is professional, she explained the information very clearly and thoroughly with a smile on her face. She was happy to answer all my queries and even referred me to programs to better my health. She is a great addition to the team.

I saw a nurse/andviser and she was very helpful as I have a disability she helped me up on the device for my appointment. Also during my visit her advice was very helpful too and her approach was nice and calm.

Very happy with my experience as per usual I actually re-registered with st Paul's Surgery and now I'm just waiting for all the paperwork to be cleared and then I can get my health checks update as I haven't been registered to a gp practice for almost 3 months due to changing address

Been seen a few times over the past month by 2 drs. Always listens and treats me with respect and actually pushes to get things done. Eg referrals. Couldn’t ask for a better pair of drs to treat me. Thank you so much
