Thank you for your kind feedback! We're so glad to hear that your experience was positive and that the nurse took the time to explain everything clearly. Starting insulin can be overwhelming, but we're happy to know you felt supported and understood. We appreciate your trust in us and are always here to help if you have any more questions in the future! Thank you. Practice Manager

Review titled Standards are not the same was a Great practice
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Today I viewed clear favouritism to a friend. An individual walked in discussing the chance of an appointment in person. Was met with resistance and offered to go the walk in centre instead until the individual spotted someone they know in the reception and spoke in the same language which I also fluently understood. That member of staff then prompted to the member of staff who was currently dealing with the request to make a booking for a slot which miraculously appeared for Oldbury. It is favouritism like this which is causing frustration to fellow patients who call up at 8am 2pm to end up receiving rude and poor customer service or dropped calls with no explanation all whilst they are looking out for someone they might know and we don't get our fair share of slots.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry that you are not happy with your experience. Our Practice strives to treat all patients with respect and fairness across the board. Receptionist meetings are held on a weekly basis and staff training is on-going throughout the year. All staff are expected to treat everyone the same. (unless an absolute emergency requires us to deviate) Following your comment, an urgent meeting took place, where all staff were reminded of what is required and indeed expected of them to allow for the smooth running of the Practice, ensuring that all visitors to our Practice are treated fairly and with respect. Once again, the Practice apologises. If you feel that there is something that you are not happy with in the future. You are always welcome to speak to a senior member of our Team who will be more than willing to speak to you.
