Following my previous review, when the nurse finally attended to me half an hour past my scheduled appointment, another nurse left her seat to confront me. I perceived this as collusion based on shared religious beliefs. They both addressed me rudely, insisting they could take as long with a patient as needed. When I questioned the purpose of scheduled appointments if they could extend indefinitely, one nurse retorted that patients come first. This implied I wasn't considered a patient, suggesting she prioritizes certain patients over others. She then rudely asked if I still wanted my appointment. This practice lacks diversity, and there was no need for another nurse to argue with me. I find it overwhelming to speak with two people simultaneously, feeling pressured. The patient before me was with a nurse, and their conversation was audible outside, breaching confidentiality. Meanwhile, a group of women, sharing the same religion, spoke loudly in the waiting area for at least 15 minutes. This is not conducive to a healthcare setting where a sick person cannot endure such loud chatter.

My appointment was at 5 pm, nurse I was supposed to see was gossiping the patient until 5.30. You could hear outside the room. I had to walk back because she was very rude when I told that you are 30 minutes late.

Dr C has always been helpful and caring. I recently lost my wife and he has been so helpful with me and my family. Reception been very kind and compassionate.

I required a repeat prescription due to pharmacy closure. When I called up to request the prescription they sorted me out straight away.

The patient care and professionalism I received when I visited St Paul’s Surgery in August 2024 was outstanding. An emergency appointment was arranged for the same day requested by receptionist and Dr even adapted to meeting me downstair’s room as I was unable to climb the stairs. Bed side manner was very good and not rushed and I was listened to. Receptionist made sure I was comfortable whilst waiting for Dr I was seen even before my arranged time. Thank you to practice manager too for initially instructing receptionist Thank you all team at St Paul’s Surgery keep up the good and valued work you all do. Regards 👏👏👏

I cannot recommend Dr.(in room 4) highly enough! From the moment I stepped into his office, I felt like I was in the best hands. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients, providing not only exceptional medical care but also genuine compassion and understanding. Dr. takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand(also provides links and websites that I should go away and read) making you feel comfortable and confident in his care. He is also very straightforward and has the patience to deal with me even when i ask 300+ questions and tell him what google has already diagnosed me with. What sets him apart is his dedication—he never rushes through appointments, hence why he reinforces about being on time ! and always ensures that all of your questions are answered. His commitment to his patients' well-being is evident in every interaction, and he consistently goes the extra mile to provide the best treatment possible. Dr. He’s a rare find and an exceptional doctor who truly makes a difference in his patients' lives
