    Just wanted to let both Doctors, that have treated me over the past two weeks, know that I really value their professionalism and commitment. My quality of my life has so improved and I am truly grateful for their perseverance. Thanks also go to reception staff for handling my calls promptly and sensitively you are all a credit to your profession.

    Phoned to ask if I could get advise on pain relief and a few other problems, told to call back after 1.30, which I did, receptionist asked what I wanted to speak to the Doctor about, I explained I was new and what was happening and needed advise, she told me she would call me back. Doctor did indeed call me back, and I explained what advise I needed and what had be happening, to which I was told I was not urgent (which I never said I was, just done what I was told to do!) she was rather rude and arrogant, telling me of like a small child, and said she would see me, but (again told me I was not urgent) and I would have a long wait, as she was seeing others. So if you cough up blood while having COPD and want some advise, dont ring them. I have been with them for about 5 days (including a weekend!) and I am leaving. I would rather die than to be spoken to so arrogant. May I suggest you speak to you receptionist before having a go at your patents and upsetting them so badly, they have an asthma attack.

    I called the surgery to book a telephone consultation with regards to an on-going problem. Was booked in for just over 2 weeks later, which as it wasn't an emergency, I feel is acceptable. On the day of the appointment, had a conversation with the doctor, which was not rushed and who listened to me. It was agreed that I tried a different type of medication. Doctor sent through the request to my pharmacist on the same day and medication picked up the same day too! That's what I call fantastic service!

    I registered in July and then soon after required an appointment. The morning after my request by phone the doctor called me back. After a discussion, he asked me to arrange a blood test at the practice. I did so and this was done within a week or so. The results came back within 10 days. The doctor promptly called me on my mobile on a Saturday morning to discuss my results and follow-up action. This is what I call faultless service by all involved... reception, nurse, doctor. Polite and professional at every point. Very impressed. Though I'm sad doctors needs to work on weekends to get through their cases. Amazing dedication. Thank you.
