  1. Review titled Excellent service can’t fault

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have four children youngest 2 having learning difficulties i also have my own issues. Straight to point the GPs and reception I can’t fault there is sometimes a wait i agree but the care i have received is 100%. The GPs explain and support everything they even do print offs so i can read more on medical issue. We need to remember they are doing there best to provide for us the patient. We should praise them because without them who would help us.

  2. Review titled Outstanding practice and service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have been with this GP just under a year, they have a great GPs and nurses which have been very helpful on every occasion. I find the form by text when you call for appointment partially useful and the staff on reception very friendly.

  3. Review titled Worst practice among all my registered GPs

Rated 1 star out of 5

Very inconsiderate staff and GPs. Twice they called me to their practice and upon reaching on time, they made me wait for like 45 mins. Above all, their reception staff is so buzy on call that they don't give a damn about the people waiting for their appointment. Their availability is so much poor that you will get your appointment after a week or month. Never ever register yourself here. Disappointed to see that I'm paying so much tax for surgeries like this and not even getting proper treatment and availability.

Dear Anonymous, We apologise for your experience and thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you had to wait 45 minutes when you came in twice for the face to face appointments. As a brief explanation there can be an emergency in the surgery due to unwell patient or simply some patients do require more time than others. We do try to give those patients the time which can result in the clinics over running. We do try our best to run to time. From experience, if I am running late I personally try to come out and inform how long he wait will be. Practically if there is an acute emergency I can only do this after the patient being delt with is clinically stable. I will reiterate this point in our clinical meeting as the number of face to face appointments increase. Regarding availability of appointment. We currently have same/next day access for eTriage requests (we respond to the query or call back the same day or next day) and if it is clinically determined you need to be seen that day or week, you are booked in. Our routine face to face appointments waiting times are currently one week. If you wanted to contact us directly with details of what occurred we will review and try to improve our services.
