Love the new online patient triage service, I completed a form at 8am when getting up to go to work and had a same day appointment by 4pm. This is quicker than calling and I was able to reply to messages to confirm appointment.

The surgery is not proactive with care. Had an unfortunate appt with someone with very limited knowledge of my illness who typed and looked at the screen the whole time I spoke! Definitely cannot recommend this surgery. Used to be so good.

They have been so helpful during a time of going through some tests and referrals. In particular I appreciate how they respond promptly and helpfully, also the GPs are really helpful, thorough and kind. They seem to triage really well, so you may get a call from a nurse about a rash, a pharmacist to discuss medication for example. I think this is really helpful. You can book appointments ahead with specific doctors, as well as seeing someone urgently on the day if needs be. The systmonline web access site is really useful as well.

I would like to give feedback on the amazing team, called to make an appointment and the helpful reception staff on the phone they were polite and when over and beyond, also sent an email for a summary and had a response in minutes, they really are doing there best in this demanding time
