I needed a whooping cough injection to go visit my daughter in Australia who is about to have a baby and as they have an outbreak there we needed a jab. We left it late to organise the jab but the receptionist was so helpful and managed to fit us in.Also managed to get me a telephone appointment very quickly. The practise nurse was lovely,very helpful and the doctor was only to pleased to help as this was an unusual request.

I used this for the first time today, I needed advice for a medical issue I have when travelling abroad. This was dealt with very effectively within 5 hours, I cannot praise this service enough and encourage other patients to use it - it was absolutely brilliant

All members of staff at the surgery from reception to GPS are so friendly and helpful. At a tube when so many complain they can’t get a GP appt I feel blessed to have such an accessible and thorough surgery to rely on. Literally cannot praise them enough.

Since moving from our previous GP from another borough several years ago (where we had an awful experience) we have been consistently very pleased with our experience at St James Practice. We wanted to say a huge thank you to our GP and all the admin team for doing a fantastic job throughout the pandemic and beyond. You've always been extremely friendly and helpful and have responded quickly and efficiently to our health care needs as a family at some challenging and scary times over the years. Looking at the headlines we know that we are lucky to have had this experience from our local practice. So thank you, I hope this goes a little way to let you know it's worth the effort.
