It is so hard to get to see a doctor. I have been a patient for many years and have never experienced such difficulties. At 8am I have rung in only to be told that the appointments are all gone. The system has changed again and is even worse. I know that I am not the only one who is dissatisfied I have heard many complaints.

  2. Review titled Worst practice ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

Getting an appointment to see the doctor is extremely hard. Receptionists judging if you need an appointment or not, most of the times they will refuse to give you one. I rarely ask for an appointment, and I don’t understand how a receptionist knows if you need to see a doctor or not. My health issue got worse because of the wait. I definitely don’t recommend this practice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you've faced in accessing healthcare services at our practice, and we are sorry to hear about the impact this has had on your health. We understand that the role of our reception team in triaging appointments can sometimes be misunderstood. They are trained to ensure that you see the appropriate healthcare professional based on your needs. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve access to care, we have an Additional Roles Reimbursement (ARR) workforce. This means that you might see different clinicians, such as nurse practitioners or pharmacist, who are all supported and supervised by our GPs to ensure you receive comprehensive care. We value your feedback and are committed to making necessary improvements to enhance our services and your experience with us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  3. Review titled Great new facilities.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

This surgery has been closed for some time during which it has had a complete redesign and now provides first class facilities. Although not yet fully open, I was invited to a special clinic last Wednesday. The use of the limited space is a great improvement on the previous untidy layout. I received a warm welcome and was given a conducted tour of the building. My appointment took place on time and to my total satisfaction. I look forward to the practice being fully staffed so it can reopen to all the patients.
