  2. Review titled Great practice but

In general this is an excellent practice but I send the practice manager an email that wasn't acknowledged. I sent it again and still haven't had an acknowledgement. Even if there's no comment on the content the email should at least be acknowledged

  3. Review titled Speedy resolution

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Due to a misunderstanding my pain relief medication was cancelled (possibly, erroniously, by me online). With 2 conversations with very helpful staff the issue was resolved and medication was available from nominated chemist that afternoon.

  4. Review titled Good NHS GP practice operating under many challenges

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was seen by a GP at a short notice, who was able to diagnose my condition accurately and had no hesitation whatsoever in referring me for an X-Ray which was taken on the same day. The GP follow-up appointment to review the X-Ray results took place 18 days later, this was a very value-added session, with a wealth of good knowledge and advice shared with me by a very knowledgeable GP and next steps, treatment options specific to my condition. Given the very frustrating enormity of the challenges and constraints faced by the NHS, these two recent experiences have made me appreciate how much this GP Practice like many others up and down the country do attempt to meet everyone's demands and deliver value. In my view, this level of service can only get better and the patient community demands met if in the short term the NHS is able to train and retain more quality doctors and nurses.

  5. Review titled Great Surgery

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 11 April 2023

I have no complaints about the doctors and the staff, who are always helpful and polite. The main issue is getting appointments after test results. I would have thought that if there was an issue with the tests and you get a message to say book an appointment because your results are not ok, then if you call the surgery, they should be able to offer an appointment straight away without having to call back the following day when new prebookable appointments are released. This is something that I have not seen other surgeries do! I get in touch with the surgery because of my mother who is nearly 90. I would have thought that it would make sense to get an appointment straight away without having to wait 2-3 weeks! Old people are in pain and suffering and cannot wait too long. I hope that the management try and sort this system out so that there is no waiting game. As I said before the staff/doctors are all brilliant!

  6. Review titled Poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Very disorganised GP. Lift not working since last year…. Same sign “Lift out of service “. Hence every patient incl. Elderly, Disable, and parents with children and pram have no choice but to use stairs all the way to second floor. Staff at the reception are very ignorant and unprofessional. Took forever to register my newborn child, as they lost some of my paperwork which I send by email. Instead they have told me that I haven’t send it. So I have to come to the GP and show them myself email which I send it earlier on. Its impossible to book urgent appointment even if call sharp 8:30 am. Very poor service overall , compare to other GP in our area.

Left me without medicine because they didn't renew correctly a repeated prescription when notified they said they would have arranged for a new prescription urgently but that was last Thursday and now it's Tuesday and still no medicines despite 4 phone calls!!!

  8. Review titled Excellent GPs, but sometimes hard to find appointments

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 02 March 2023

I have been resisted with this practice for about 10 years. Whenever I have had a consultation with a GP, the experience has been uniformly positive: they are sympathetic, come across as knowledgeable, and efficient. Across all this time, really, I have not had a single complaint or reason to fault them. Inevitably, and especially post-covid, the practice has become busy and sometimes it’s difficult to get appointments. But this seems an endemic issue with the NHS and not this practice specifically. For sure, the receptionists are very helpful and genuinely try to help.

  9. Review titled An uncaring practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been registered with this surgery for many years and am so disappointed with their lack of care from the clinicians since being discharged from the hospital, not one call or text or email to find out how I am coping. Or if i need help which I have. Although the text for the flu or covid seems to be none stop 9 I am ignoring them just like the doctors have ignored me) I have had to take myself up to the hospital a couple of times as I have been unwell and have absolutely no faith in this surgery. I would not recommend this surgery to my worst enemy and when I am feeling a little better will be changing to another surgery.

  10. Review titled Good practice but bound by bureaucrats

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Can’t access a nurse to get a wound check. Needs to be more flexible with in person appointments . Was told initially I would have to go to Finchley Memorial to see if a wound was infected or not. Surely this is something a practice nurse should be able to deal with instead of going to a walk in clinic at a busy hospital.
