Review titled Phone appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 03 May 2025
I contacted the GP 2 hours after the given time and was advised I was next in line for a call with my results, a further 2 hours later I called back as no call was received and was again advised that I was next to be called which never happened. Now it’s the weekend and with Bank Holiday approaching who knows if I will receive my results. This was for Greenhill medical park, NW10, London

Review titled Poor Service, Rude Doctor and Receptionist
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Raj Varsani - Posted on 09 May 2025
Dear Practice Manager I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your practice. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was left standing in reception for over 30 minutes without acknowledgement. During this time, the receptionist and doctor appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation, laughing and talking amongst themselves, while I was effectively ignored. When I eventually raised the fact that I had been waiting for over half an hour, I was told I was next to be seen. However, shortly after, the doctor called in a patient whose appointment was booked 30 minutes after mine. When I questioned this, the doctor responded that she "does not make up the time" — a statement that came across as both dismissive and unhelpful. Neither she nor the receptionist could explain why a later-arriving patient was prioritised ahead of me. To add to the frustration, the doctor was noticeably rude and defensive in her response, which only escalated the situation and left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a patient. I appreciate that delays can happen, but being left waiting without any communication, then overlooked, and finally spoken to in a discourteous manner is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate a formal response clarifying how this situation occurred and what measures are being put in place to prevent a repeat experience for myself or others.

Review titled Reception
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 April 2025
I had a telephone appointment with a doctor but they didn't call me, once I told them, they said they did call, but normally they leave a voice message, which they didn't. So I told them to give me another appointment which they did but not with a doctor but with a pharmacist instead without telling me. And because my condition was serious pharmacist told me you should have had face to face appointment with a doctor not pharmacist. This is a second time that I called and the reception gave me another Person instead of the doctor without letting me know. Second time I asked for a doctor but they booked me with the physio, where as I needed to consult a doctor before I have been send to physio.

Review titled To bad
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Ahman allkoud - Posted on 12 April 2025
My experience was very bad with the existing staff. I found it difficult and took a lot of time to determine the appointment time, and when I called, there was no commitment to the appointment time. I was called a full hour before the appointment time. Halfway through the call, the call was cut off and they did not call again, and I did not benefit anything from this appointment. My father suffers a lot, but there is no attention. Very bad.

Review titled Poor practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

Not organised enough and poor communication within the team which makes everything more difficult for patients. Unprofessional Doctor on communication and no empathy for patients. Verbally aggressive and making me feel so uncomfortable to see her again. Not listening to patients needs. So disappointed how I was treated as a patient.

Review titled Patronising and condescending Nurse
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Ruth Wash rook - Posted on 05 February 2025
I very surprisingly got a face to face appointment today with gp. I was asked to make an appt for blood test, there had been a cancellation so I got one on same day. The nurse assisted me without checking I wanted assistance. I was told I could put my jacket on couch, I kept it on my knee, for it to be taken away to put on couch. I was then twisted into a very uncomfortable position to make my L arm available for blood test- for nurse's convenience only without any consideration for my comfort, considering my arthritis. Nurse took blood, discussed urine sample and said she'd give me a bottle, told her I'd been given this by gp earlier only for her to repeat she'd give me a bottle repeated that I'd got a bottle already. Nurse then wanted to take my blood pressure and got cuff ready, told her I'd already had that done today. As I was leaving the room the nurse said 'thank you dear' J pointed out as I passed her that I was not her dear. This nurse showed that she has an inability to check the information on her screen as to what she actually needs to do, so she does not repeat tests that have already been done. She also needs to stop being patronising and condescending in her manner and speech to patients. She also needs to bear in mind that if you say you can put your jacket in a particular place and ghe patient decides not to do this, that the patient may have a specific reason for this. For my jacket then to be taken off my lap to put on the couch without my permission is being overlycontrolling and is I going inappropriate in the extreme. I was very glad to get out of the surgery after that and will in future go to the drop jn in willesden to avoid this obnoxious person. She reminded me of the condescending attitudes that used to be in evidence about 20 years ago and thankfully have been worked on. This nurse I think was being assessed during this visit so I would also aim some ofthis critical at her assessor on that day who did not introduce herself but was the person who snatched my jacket off my lap. I reckon you have a lot of things to improve just from this one appointment. Certainly your receptionists have improved vastly from a few years ago pre Covid. You need to get back go more face to face appointments rather than the offhand phone ones that are the norm since way before Covid unfortunately at this surgery.

Hi dear sir madam My appointment was on 13/12/2024 at 4:30pm and they called me at 19:20 pm after practice closed and left voice mail asking me to call and book another appointment, how come you called me after your opening hours and blaming me of not answering as I missed the call because I didn’t expect a call after closing hours so always I suffer when trying to book another appointment, my actual GP is Neasden medical centre which is perfect and always deliver good service but all the time I got appointments at green hill medical centre which I don’t like to get treated because of lacking of the service and the only one doctor there not helping at all ,thanks
