The receptionist and the Gp are very caring and considerate.Ex: I rang back to cancel my appointment as i was immobilised due to pain, the receptionist has made a telephone call appointment for me instead, and the gp was very helpful with my presenting condition

Had appointment with health care lady, vey polite caring and attention to my arm. I am anxious around needles and she put me at ease. Thank you for going the extra mile. The practice welcome is warm and friendly and would definitely recommend to other people in the area, thanks SM

This isn’t my practice but I am tempted to change due to the fantastic service from the staff to the nurses and gp’s. Very polite. Very clean. I came in for a blood test as suffering with depression. My local had no slots available and recommended this centre. Although a little further from where I live, I had no issue travelling or parking. The receptionist and nurses were welcoming. It wasn’t busy either unlike mine. Everything went great.

Appointment cancelled last minute (actually received a text message about cancellation 10 mins after the scheduled appointment!!!). Took a day off work for it specifically and you cancelled on me which I only found out when came in for the appointment! Now I need to take another day off. Joke.

The surgery rejected my request for salbutamol inhaler when I ran out at home and had a very severe chest infection/flu which was causing me to use the inhaler a lot more. The surgery did not tell me it was rejected until I called up 5 days later, at which time I had to do an emergency request at the pharmacy. When I called for an appointment, there were no doctors on site two days in a row, I was prescribed antibiotics by phone call. I had a much more positive experience when I finally got a face to face appointment, and was prescribed steroids and stronger antibiotics Overall, not happy with the surgery in terms of appointment booking

It took over 40 minutes to get through on the phone, despite being number 1 in the queue. During appointment was told my condition hadn’t worsened since 2021, even though this was the first time I’ve been told of the condition! Doctor didn’t seem interested in symptoms I was trying to explain.

Professional service, trying their best within the NHS rules to accommodate and meet your needs... Been unfairly rated in my view as never had to honestly complain since been with them, i.e. 2010 (whole family registered there!)

Rang up for an appointment and got through fairly quickly. Reception staff very professional and I managed to get same day appointment to see GP. Met with very polite and courteous reception staff at surgery. GP was thorough with questioning and examination resulting in prescribed treatment.

The list is endless from someone very seriously ill to simple test not being done . And non communication off cancelled test leading to 1 hour off our lives never to be gained back .

Its a pleasure to go to doctors whether for the nurse ir doctors can always get to see someone and get feedback even in pandemic you could get to speak to and if needed see someone we are very lucky to have such a great surgery
