After a short stay in hospital due to an accident I have had excellent care from the staff. The reception staff were kind and very helpful and the Doctor I spoke to was happy to discuss my problem and gave me good advice along with appropriate medication. Thank you

I contacted Spring Terrace Health Centre today after recognising that an almost 2 week illness was becoming a problem that needed medical attention. I fully expected a long wait for some GP support but I was dealt with by a very attentive and empathic receptionist who even though she checked and established there were no appointments available, including the out of hours service, recognised my urgent need and offered to place me on a triage list. She explained there was a chance I might not be called but she'd try her best. I subsequently got a call from a GP who again was very empathic of my needs and made arrangements for me to be seen this evening as he was concerned I hadn't been checked for a while. Meeting with my GP this evening, I again experienced a great service with a caring and friendly GP who fully met my needs. I am delighted with the service provided and feel confident I can now make a quick recovery. Thank you.

My recent experience was very relaxed but to the point. My Doctor was encouraging to me about my complaint and speedy to pass on results of a test when she knew I may still be concerned. There was a trainee there at the time who also made me feel in good hands

I have just phoned the surgery and a real person answered immediately! They were so professional and helpful. It has restored my faith in GP surgeries after terrible previous experiences at my former surgery. Just had to say well done!

After bad experiences with another local surgery I changed to this surgery. My experiences so far have been very good. Got registered within minutes, and everyone I’ve dealt with has given me confidence in a doctors surgery for first time in a long time. Manage to get through on phone every time I’ve called and been dealt with very well.

Mightily impressed with speed of response following unexpected health concerns The integrated response of Spring Terrace with other NHS services very reassuring This coupled with involved staffs positive manner and bearing and honesty to be commended

I was totally impressed by my recent experience of treatment at Spring Terrace Health Center. The doctor and the three practice nurses that treated me, were all, very professional, skilled, and supportive.....I was diagnosed, swiftly treated and very well supported over the following ten weeks of regular appointments. I was clearly informed of my treatment, the reasoning behind it, and I was also given instruction on the care I would need to practice at home..... In short, I feel that I could not have been better supported, from initial consultation with the GP, to the final appointments with the practice nurses. Very well done indeed, and thank you to you all, Dave Thomas

Every time I have called, the reception has been polite and helpful. I received doctor call backs, within 30 minutes. When I did see a doctor in person. She was very professional and genuine. I know people get upset about GP's at the moment but, my experience is positive.
