After 30 -40 minutes online they say morning appointments are full and have to call again. Really disturbing as I am online on phone every morning and afternoon for a week. I am not sure how the triage happens.

The hit and miss refers to the clinical and admin staff. Hit - I had an emergency last year and the receptionist was so caring and compassionate. Miss - Same emergency situation - follow up treatment - the GP was totally uninvolved and couldn't get rid of me quick enough. This was my first contact in 9 months. Miss - Yesterday, I rang to book an appointment related to above, recurring problem, which is now recurring more frequently. I wasn't bothered how long I had to wait, just wanted to discuss what I should be doing, I wasn't given any real advice at the original appointment, I couldn't book an appointment with the doctor I wanted to see (kind and caring) at all. I dread ringing and speaking to them or even going in to the surgery. I wonder why they are accepting new patients when it is difficult to get through and get an appointment as an existing patient. Today I've been looking at switching surgeries.
