3 times over this year I have needed an appointment and I have never been able to get one. The only time i have spoke to someone after 200+ calls was to be told no appointments were left.

Trying to make an appointment on line or by telephone is impossible. Despite the practice saying they are still taking on new customers.

I've been trying the surgery for the last few weeks trying to get to see a doctor but nobody will answer the phone as its always engaged. The automated service says try the pharmacy or the walk in centers, I have and the pharmacy said try the walk in center so I did. they gave me medication which I have used and my symptoms have got worse. I thought I would try ringing to get a doctors appointment again today, after 77 phone attempts I gave up I don't know what I can now do to see a doctor. This is a joke as I am getting worse with my condition and the doctors are none contactable behind the system that's in place

Rang 33 times today 5 2023 I think you need a letter from god to get one know need get a text message to make appointment and caint even get through I will be changing my doctor's asap

The attitude from the receptionists at this surgery is awful - they display absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Having previously worked at a GP surgery i am aware of the protocols around appointments and I was denied a GP appointment after asking for an urgent slot as i needed to be seen that day. I was then told there were no urgent slots when it’s a requirement to have slots blocked off for emergencies. I then had to wait 6 hours in a walk in centre to receive antibiotics when this could have been prevented by booking me in for a 10 minute appointment. This isn’t the first occasion where I have been denied an appointment, some mornings you call 200+ times at 8am to be told there are no appointments available.

Trying to get my daughter appointment for two days, when an econsult online told me I need to speak to a doctor, receptionist with such bad people skills and attitude is telling me to keep calling back and then not offering appointments. This is absolutely shocking.
