Ever since I moved to Woking 5years ago I have always had great service and care, even during COVID when I was checked for bowl cancer they could not do enough for me. And even today a call regarding my medication that I was not expecting and again took time to listen to me. So a big thank you to the staff and doctors at Southview medical practice

The team at Westfield/Southview are brilliant. My youngest has some ongoing health complications and the doctors and reception team are always patient, allow me to talk through my concerns and really listen. This gives me such peace of mind I’m being listened to, they act accordingly and treat us as individuals. The doctors we’ve have contacted with have been brilliant and can’t thank them enough.

my wife is having problems with her ears. i called the practice around 4pm on the 3rd and i had a call back giving us an appt at 5:15 pm.we saw the practice nurse who was excellent. we have been with the practice for over 10 years and we have excellent caring service from from everyone-doctors nurses pharmacists receptions thank you.

From the first point of contact with the surgery (caring, sympathetic office staff) to seeing a doctor my issue was dealt with professionally and timely. All team members are giving the best that they can. Many thanks.

I received a call from a compassionate GP Pharmacist. She was an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, positive and actually listened. She did not try to rush me off the phone like a box ticking exercise like some, answered all my questions/concerns and formed a plan with me to monitor my future medication dosage adjustments. Thank you again :-)

The GP went beyond his duty Spent extra time with me on a sensitive matter. Professional examination and took time to contact for a hospital referral. Thank You

All I wanted was a dressing changed after my hip replacement as it was very dirty and it was pulling on the staples - firstly I was told the doctor would refer this to district nurse, nothing! Then a receptionist said nurse at the practice would do it then there was a message saying she was too busy so go to Woking Walk-in centre when I phoned them was told over hour and a half wait which is too difficult so soon after my op but was told there was no nurse there to do dressings that day anyway so I balanced on one crutch and took off the dressing myself in front of a mirror with great difficulty and hope that I have not introduced an infection by doing this - what is happening? It 2023 for goodness sake not Victorian times! I am so dissapointed with how things are now.

I book my appointments three time but without any reason they cancel my appointments when ask the receptionist attitude is so poor and don’t let you talk act like dictators bcz most of them very old and don’t have any patience or temperament to listen to you . Very bad surgery and worst staff in entire uk please don’t register your self with them you will highly regret

Caring pharmacist, listened and gave useful advice. Very impressed. It's been a while since I have seen a doctor in person at the practice, but the pharmacist was very helpful. The nurses are also superb.
