    I had an issue a year ago with my medication review and not getting my medication on time. After a discussion with the practice manager and prescribing nurse we worked together to resolve the issue. I now get only one medication review a year and a check up and my tablets have been on time every time I ordered them without fail. They listened to my issues and acted accordingly and professionally.

    Your Review: But very disappointed at the treatment I received and how I was spoken to by two of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners. I suffer from anxiety and currently have a lot of issues that I am dealing with. I have been a patient for many years with the same doctor and the only reason I changed to this surgery was because I had to move. I have no issue with any of the doctors at this surgery who have always looked after me. However I cannot face having to speak to the Advanced Nurse Practitioners in the future, so I will be transferring to a different GP Practice.

    I cannot rate this surgery highly enough. They are responsive, polite, caring and go the extra mile to ensure that the patients' needs are met. Even the reception staff go the extra mile, very friendly and helpful. Every telephone appointment is kept, referrals are made quickly, and every effort is made to assist where they can. This practice has been brilliant and i am so glad that i registered with them when i moved to the area. Thank you - and keep up the good work!

    I haven’t been a patient at this surgery for long but have been throughly impressed so far. I’ve been able to get an emergency face to face appointment within an hour of phoning and a less urgent face to face appointment within a week. Considering this is a city centre surgery this is outstanding and is even better than waiting times in private healthcare. Previous GP surgeries I belonged too I had to wait 4-6 weeks for an appointment and an emergency appointment would be a 5 min phone call 5 or 6 hours after you called. This surgery is performing head and shoulders above the rest. Receptionists are helpful and friendly. The doctor and nurses I’ve seen have been very professional and knowledgeable and I’ve never felt rushed. Very fortunate I was in the catchment area for this practice.

    I am disappointed by a lot of the negative reviews about this surgery. I have been with them over 5 years. They are an extremely busy practise for one of this size and have always treated me in a patient, professional and courteous manner. Every GP or nurse I have dealt with have been attentive and very caring. These are very trying times for people in the health care sector and I truly believe you get back what you put out. Be patient and courteous and you get the same back from all the staff here. Cut them some slack and be a part of the solution, don't add to the problem. Well done guys, keep it up.
