I lost my bag which had my medication in when travelling abroad and I sent an econsult to request a prescription and I received it within a few hours. Amazing service- thank you!

Once again great service from the clinical pharmacist. Very informative and always follows up with either text, email or appointment. He makes me feel positive that I am doing the right thing. Along with my GP a great partnership.

I went for my first NHS Health Check. It was very thorough & put my mind at ease over various conditions such as Cholesterol levels. The guy who carried out the checks was very professional, thorough & explained everything.

The physiotherapist at Southview Partnership Bromley correctly diagnosed my frozen shoulder, provided exercises & ultimately gave me a steroid injection. Extremely pleased as this has definitely resolved the agonising pain I had been in for several months. She kindly also followed up & I will continue with the exercises & approach her again if the pain returns. She has a kind & professional approach & I would highly recommend her.

Was left in the waiting room for over 20mins after having to wait nearly 3weeks for an appointment, my consult came back I'd need urgent care. This practise makes me feel like I'm just a number

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking time to feedback to the practice. I note you submitted an eConsult on 10th Feb, which was triaged for a F2F appointment on 24th Feb with a GP. The GP you were due to see was a little delayed with her previous patient who was quite unwell, which meant she didn't call you in for your 09.15am appointment until 09.31am, at which time you had already left. I understand our Reception team contacted you to invite you back, however as you had another commitment you advised you would re book. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, I understand you must have been frustrated, but hope this explains the reason for this unavoidable delay on this occasion. Patient advisor very unprofessional behaviour who didn’t even let me explain what I needed. Very frustrated, very short. No explanation of any other options just wanted to end the call. If you don’t want to work hand the job over to someone who is going to have patience, care and compassion because you never know what the other person is suffering with, hence the desperate call to the surgery after 6 pm. Hope a practice manager gets to read this review. It’s time to listen to the recorder calls from the patient and listen to the conversation of the poor advice and disgusting behaviour of this team at this practice.

I submitted an eConsult form in the afternoon, and was phoned in the evening when my problem received detailed and thorough attention, including the doctor phoning back after getting a second opinion. A follow-up in-person consultation was arranged for the next morning, which was even more thorough and detailed. The second opinion of another practice doctor was given at all times during the consultation, and the doctor further consulted a hospital specialist about the best way forward and gave me feedback from this call before I left South View. I have only praise for the care and attention I received, and the speed with which this was performed. Thank you.

After waiting over 45 to a scheduled telephone appointment to discuss my test results with doctor this morning. I rang the surgery only to be told by receptionist that doctor “ a little late” and all they can do is to get them to call me when they are free. No apology of any sort was offered. When I remarked that as a patient if I was 45 minutes late I would at least apologise and I wouldn’t be seen by the doctor. Your receptionist response was” that’s neither here nor there “ Now my appointment is over 1hr 10 minutes late and no one has rang me to offer any solutions or apologise . As apparently calls are monitored perhaps the practice manager should actually listen to some of them and at least train their receptionist stuff not to be rude the patients and be a bit more civil and professional
