    It is near impossible to get an appointment at this surgery. They avenue they provides put barriers up. There is no direct online booking system, you can't phone the surgery to book an appointment or get hold of the booking team yourself. The current system is to fill out a request for an appointment and the booking team will call you back. There is nothing in place if you happen to miss the call. Three weeks later, numerous calls to the surgery and more online requests, still no appointment booked. This is not acceptable.

    This practice has some good doctors who can help if you can get to see or speak to one. It is very difficult to get an appointment on phone or online. The usual (since modality took over and just before covid ) reason/excuse is the state they are in is that they are experiencing issues with the system or are rolling something else out. When will they go back to being a doctors surgery and not an online consulting system which gives info on services available outside of the surgery for a cost. If you can see or speak to someone things seem to be okish.

    I'm left in a position where there is no way of making an appointment to see the doctor for my son. I can't get an appointment by phone, online or by actually going to the surgery. After the outbreak of Covid, this practice has literally withdrawn it's services for the people who rely on them.

    I've heard it was a decent practice until not long time ago, but after merging with others and becoming part of a larger group, it became atrocious. You simply can't book an appointment, which is the only reason one would need a GP practice. I am surprised the NHS is not really looking into how this practice is ran.

    I had a very positive experience today with my gp. I couldn't wish for anything better. She listened she explained thoroughly, above all she cared. I have experienced similar from others but felt I must leave a review this time. Booking was not easy and I made several attempts over several days to get through all at 8 am. The receptionists social skills have very often been abrupt and insensitive but the gps have made up for this more often than not. I've been a patient for over 10 years and this has always been the case. It has not been the gps or nurses that have failed this surgery. I have had a good experience with just 1 of the receptionists which is such a shame. Being 1st port of call its such a shame that this is the case. I have on many occasions considered changing surgeries. It has been the service I've received from the gps and nurses that have made me remain. If the social skills and attitudes of the receptionists improved this surgery could have glowing reviews I'm sure. If you are willing to get passed the initial hurdles of booking an appointment you will not be disappointed.

    GP practice has gone downhill. Can’t get an appointment. You have to wait hours on the phone for general enquiry. Reception staff are incapable of providing basic information. Fobs you off with an answer only to find out it’s completely wrong. Will be looking to move to another practice if this carries on. Pre 2019 it was great and couldn’t stop recommending but now…. I’d rather move than deal with them.

    have a telephone consultation before the vaccine. I explained to her that I had a telephone consultation last week with her. She completely denied it said there were notes on the system. I informed her what we discussed on the phone, she tells me she doesn't know who I spoke. She then said she hasn't got time to do mine and my daughter's vaccine in 10 minutes. Then she decided to go back on herself and state she would see what she could do. I informed her i would rather come back on another day as I don't want her rushing a vaccine. The nurse also gave me some concerning information about the anti malaria tablet 'doxycycline, i had previously used in the past. The nurse told me that if i would like to conceive while taking them then id have to wait 3 months as she implied id be infertile. Im not sure how correct that is. To top it off the nurse said that there is not record of past immunisations from 2019. I informed her I had lived in another area and was registered at the different practise. She didn't tell me to request my old gp to sned my information be to them just said nothing. The nurse clearly does not know how to use the system, does not keep record of telephone consultations and I am wondering if she will know what vaccinations she will be giving me. I have to say rebooking an appointment for an error that was made on her end is an inconvenience and the fact the nurse felt the need to lie that the telephone appointment even happened. I made sure to confirm at the desk if the nurse was the same one who did my telephone apppintment- found it I was in fact correct, she did call me but failed to mark the appointment as attended. Also to add I witnessed the same nurse be very rude to an elderly man who had just asked why his name hadn't been called and the nurse rudely said "you'll have to rebook the appointment" and walked away. The receptionist confused me as she said I would have to ask my old gp to send my medical information to them. I find this so odd as surely my medical history should have sent when I registered with South lewisham. Really unprofessional experience.

    I tried to get an appointment for several weeks via the telephone but there is never any available. The telephone rings for 30- 60 minutes without an answer each time. Please close Modality down and return to the old mode of operation before all patients belonging to this practice die.

    I need to collect form for test and container from reception , but they given me not right container and I need to come couple times to sort this, when they giving me not right container, I telling ,that not right but they don't take notice ,when I ask for somebody who can realy know ,they saying that it's right and i can't to see anybody.

    Poor communication. Buck passing when you do get through no taking ownership of issues ie query that turns out to need an appointment. I have been told I need a medication revue and if this doesn't happen my prescription will not be done. I was not given an appointment to do this which would seem to be the proper thing to do as they know the availability and it will only be over the phone(again). I tried to book one but was told nothing was available for a couple of weeks and to ring in at 8am every day to try for an appointment. I have tried this and the wait is so long nothing is available when I get through. If you get through to anyone other than appointments its not there job to help. Looks like my medication will not be approved next time and I now don't particularly care anymore. If I don't get it I will have to pester 111 or hospital if I can be bothered.
