Phone was answered quickly by a pleasant lady who dealt with my prescription queries. Also booked me a telephone consultation - two week wait which I have just had - my telephone consultation was with a very helpful Doctor who patiently listened and answered all my queries putting me at ease with a follow up appointment in the future. No complaints here - thank you Shmp !

Over the last few months I have found it difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable time. A month for a telephone consultation for a physical ailment is unreasonable and two months for a face to face appointment even more so. Disappointment in this service and the NHS as a whole is increasing - even though I support the nurses strikes. I can see that the government is definitely winning in driving the NHS into the ground to enforce privatisation - this is very obvious with this particular practice, especially when private, paid services are offered alongside GP appointments when booking via Patient Access - people are being put off waiting for their GP appointments and turning to the convenience of the paid and quick services provided - if I had the money available I would definitely be doing the same - my experience with this practice makes me worry for the future of my loved ones and it is heartbreaking and depressing to see.

Have been going to this GP for over 15 years , first when it was located at rainham health centre, then having moved to spring farm surgery and finally relocating here. It seems with each move the service has gotten more and more appalling. Reception staff are incredibly rude , when calling them they will be very much dismissive whilst trying to diagnose you if you are trying to book an appointment and try to direct you to go to a private GP. Speaking of appointments it’s impossible to get one, try waiting 1-2 months for an appointment, after having waited for your appointment you get to the GP and there is absolutely not a single person there. Not quite sure what these ridiculous waiting times for an appointment are for ??? The audacity to also be accepting new patients right now is crazy when they are unable to provide a service for their current ones. I would say stay away from this GP as I have lost all patience and am looking to move else where.

Moved to the practice for a year now. Tried three times to book an appointment but never had a chance to see a doctor. If you call for an appointment, the reception staff will say call at 8.30 Am for an appointment. If you call at 8.30 Am, they will say call at 10 am. You call at 10 am, no appointment is available. No communication between the staff member, each staff member will say different things, and provide you with different information. It's like you running from one door to another. People only call their GP when they are sick. They are unwell. You can't make their life any harder. I hope staff would've understand this.
