    This GP is the worst GP in north london. The receptionist staff are so rude and horrible to you on the phone, a man literally was talking to me with so much aggression over the phone. Not to mention how difficult it is to get on the phone to begin with, only to be greeted by a rude person on the other end of the call. They never put down repeat prescriptions despite being told by the doctor at the same very practice it is a repeat prescription, which means you will need to call at 8am sharp to wait 30 minutes on the phone (lucky if that) to ask for the same medication. They always send the medication to the wrong pharmacy or do not send it at all, which again leaves you having to call and wait for another hour to speak to the rude receptionist who sounds like they hate their jobs and have no care for your time. I dont think i’ve received an apology ever from this GP practice on how rude it is. Also different staff have different policies ???? At times it’s easy to get through to your doctor for a doctors note, then at other times you’re told to go through the NHS app and they refuse to let you speak to your doctor ? There’s so many horrible things i can say about this practice . It is a massive let down, cannot believe the public fund this via taxes for the receptionist staff (who think they are kings and empires) to be extremely rude and for the doctor to also give you so much attitude on the phone. Abuse towards staff is not tolerated so why do staff give abuse towards its patients ? Such a dreadful GP , needs to be shut down or just simply give your staff training on how to be decent people who care about the well-being of the patients. If i could rate this place 0 star i would. Horrible.

    It was very good, kind people. all professionals. I need to be always doing blood collection and that's why it's good to have reliable people
