    I rang the Surgery explained my problem Doctor returned my call and arranged blood test and x-ray,Contacted me with the results and the necessary treatment and prescription

    I have to have blood test done at certain times due to consultant meetings and cancer treatment 4 weekly. I called today and told they would not see me anymore and have to go to a place other end of bridgwater , for my blood to be taken. This place is only open 3 times a week. I told women at Somerset Bridge I have to have blood taken at certain times, but once I said this is not a good service and I will be complaining to my cancer specialist, she seem to want to help me . Too late is this what times have come to , I've paid into system for over 35 years and this is your way of saying thank you.

    I was trying to make an appointment and the receptionist kept talking to a colleague she clearly wasn't listening to me as I had to repeat myself numerous times. This is extremely rude and unprofessional!

    Receptionist so rude and can’t wait to get you off the phone, say they will call back and never do shame as there is one amazing doctor there but that seems to be it. Can’t get an appointment to see anyone for a month.

    I would just like to say that I'm extremely grateful for the services I have received over the last few months as a service user. The support network has enabled me to find my confidence again, and also given me the motivation to progress my life and career etc... The bridge have been great throughout, and my peer support worker goes above and beyond everytime. Also, just being understood makes a massive difference...and I would be a strong advocate for these services in Somerset anyday.
