Having just had my yearly review at the main practice i am absolutely delighted to have been able to transfer to this surgery. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, informative, caring, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient oriented and above all listen to the patients and understand that the patient knows their own body. I cannot recommend this practice enough to anyone who is fortunate enough to be within their catchment area. I had a medication review with a nurse practitioner who was so understanding and informative about my medication and possible side effects along either discussing diet to ensure that i understand what maybe causing the conditions i wax experiencing. She reassured me without being patronising and alleviated some concerns i had about my health.

A follow up meeting at the surgery was made for me after my annual medications review. Appointment in three weeks and before that blood tests, weight and lifestyle questions so everything ready for the meeting. No complaints about the wait for the meeting as all should be in place for a resolution to my problem at the meeting. Helpful receptionist facilitated all this. Thank you Sloan Practice.

My GP was brilliant today, really understanding, supportive and helpful. I got an appointment very quickly so the triage system seems to be working well. Thank you.

I arrived promptly for my 4.15 appointment and wasn't called in until 4.50. This is an unacceptable wait time and made me late conllecting a child. Also, the test results section of the NHS app needs addressing. All my test results were marked as Abnormal even though that only applied to one test result. This caused me stress for 2 weeks as I couldn't get an appointment to discuss results before then.

I had an appointment with a Dr to discuss my menopause medication. He was professional, friendly and reassuring. My questions were answered and he checked my BP and weight and explained why it was relevant to the medication that I am taking. The new triage system is working well for me as I used to find it really stressful trying to get through on the phone. This is much easier. Thank you.

Arrived to a pleasant welcome from receptionist and was able to get some batteries for my hearing aids. The appointment was 17 minutes late. But he is normally on time or early. He gave me an apology and explained why he was late. Reviewed my progress and he referred me to his colleagues for follow-up treatment.

I was seen at the surgery at my appointment time. The nurse was friendly and was able to give me all the advice I needed. She easily explained any questions I asked so I was reassured before I left the surgery.

Brilliant practice good support had a hip pain that I went to see the physio about the physio did some tests on me and my movement and recommended that I get an x-ray the results from the x-ray came and the physio called me back to explain the results he explained the results in detail onto what was causing the underlining pain Providing diagrams and additional information using a model that gave me clear insight. He then provided me with a number of dietary recommendations and also supplements and advice on physical activity to help maintain and manage the outcomes of what was found to be the underlying problem great help support thanks

I work long hours so find it difficult to wait on the phone in mornings to speak to a receptionist. This time used the online accurx system as I had a simple issue with some wrist pain and just wanted a physio. Was contacted an hour later and offered an appointment of my choosing the next week. Really happy with the convenience. Physio was very good and assessed and gave me exercises. Wrist is now back to normal!

GP was very thorough with my son. She was friendly, didn't use medical jargon and drew a great picture so my son could understand what areas of his body could have problems.
