The practitioner that took a blood sample was professional and friendly. The procedure was completed quickly and information given clearly making the appointment altogether pleasant. Thank you.

Great experience with the physio, getting appointment has improved with the times, like the triage system but relies heavily on person skills to get across their problems in written format, maybe consider video call with a time limit.

I arrived late (no fault of my own) and had missed my original appointment. I was offered an alternative for 20 minutes later. Thank you! The blood test itself was conducted very efficiently and -almost- pain free.

This is for a annual review of my asthma meds. The experience was really good. Felt like I was well supported and that I was given all the information and the support I needed. The nurse was friendly and professional. Great stuff.

The only problem I have is you can’t get blood tests booked in easily,and have to go to Hallamshire which is hard when I have health and mobility problems. Then twice I have been booked in for wrong doctor/nurse and for wrong test or treatment. Then my appointment cancelled to over the phone, when I need to see face to face. Too much red tape these days to get an appointment. Doctors are nice.

This is not to say that I don’t agree with having health practitioner but I thought my recent appointment was going to be with a GP . The practitioner was very good but I needed to see a GP for my condition so have now got to make another appointment. Not sure if effective use of time management.
