    1- Can never get an appointment 2- One Month for a telephone appointment 3- Can never get your prescription right 4- transfer you to a locum Doctors who don’t know anything about you and then have to ring Doctors again for another telephone appointment Absolute shambles in there 4-

    Dear Mr Taylor Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry that you have had a negative experience. I am unsure why you are having to wait a month for a telephone appointment as we do have appointments made available to patients each day that are bookable from 8am. In addition our online consultations are open from 7am via our surgery app Dr iQ. With regards to Locum GPs, we do of course use Locum GPs when our usual GPs are on leave or there is a vacancy. It is of paramount importance that we employ Locum GPs to ensure continuity of service in the absence of our usual GPs. We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience with our Locum GP, however they do have full access to your medical record so there should not be any barriers to offering you the appropriate care. As you have raised a number of issues I would encourage you to speak to our Practice Manager, Aliye Aydin who will be happy to look further into these for you.     I would like to appreciate the person who answered my call today to book my daughter appointments for vaccination. She made my day brighter with the energy enthusiasm and great communication behind the phone. If we have more people like her there will be no stress at all I really thank her the way she spoken to me on the phone I’m sure she does same to others too Thank you 😊
