I think this surgery is really good. The staff are helpful and polite. I have seen 3 of the doctors and all 3 are approachable sympathethic and knowledgeable. I have always managed to get an appointment which is a boring us which helps

Got seen on time and then had bloods taken a couple of minutes after. All staff were friendly. I've been at this surgery for a number of years now and have always found it good.

Phoned at 8am on a Monday expecting to be waiting a week or so for an appointment, but was booked in same day due to a cancellation. Needed blood tests and only had to wait 10 minutes. Very professional and seems to be running better than ever. Great staff, under lots of pressure but providing superb service. Well done.

Having gone into the practice today to be spoken to in such a rude manner by the receptionist was disgusting. It would have been so simple for her to give me an explanation to my query. How can someone who faces patients every day be so rude and unhelpful?

I have been a patient at the surgery for many years, the drs, nurses and the receptionists go above and beyond to help, keep up the great work and thank so much for all your care and compassion.

Range re medication query fir my 86 year old mum. Has nomad boxes. Will run out of 1 tablet next week which is not in the box. Receptionist who answered didn’t have a clue Fobbed me off. Waited over 50 minutes in a queue to be answered to be felt with in 2 minutes. Back to square one !!!
