    I'm a GP and I've witnessed the unintended lazy (because AI won't let me publish the work neg li gent) care of my mother who just wants to be able to see the same GP and have them listen to her and get to the bottom of her issues. She was previously fit and well. Now she's not and they don't care. They have an impenetrable online system. It is really sad, GP care in England is dead is this is representative of good care.

    Lady on the reception telephone A young sounding lady answered my telephone call to silsden surgery What can I say except What a caring Kind Empathetic A young kind Lady was in the telephone to me this afternoon I was upset on the phone .....was kind caring and said let's try and help you That's exactly what she did I would like her to receive praise for this on the telephone with me today. Was much appreciated iated. Thank you ..... for your help with my upset query this aft Professional too and so caring. Thankyou

    The lady on the phone today went above and beyond. I have been experiencing ecm trend ptsd since my home attack. She really made a difference to the day I was having. She helped me a lot today and haven’t felt good in a long while and she really was a pleasure to speak with. Went above and beyond and I couldn’t praise her more. I feel that she is very experienced in her role and with people and has a kid and warm manner. I really couldn’t be happier with the experience I received today made a massive difference to my day! Very helpful and helped me get the help I needed in a respectful non judgmental approach. Thank you so much!

    After a stroke last year, I had to chase for an aftercare appointment. Doctor who I saw in was unfriendly and dismissive of my concerns. A diagnosis of "pre stage 2 diabetes" referred me to the NHS website, where the advice given was as useful as a chocolate teapot, given that I eat very little of the foodstuffs supposedly at the root of this. I modified my diet anyway. Nurse practitioner was friendly enough, but totally unable to give me any meaningful answers to my questions The email I received after the latest blood tests simply said another appointment would be made in a years time, and that my pharmacist would notify me of any change to medication for my blood pressure & thickness. No mention of the stage 2 diabetes at all. I suffered a deterioration in my eyesight a few months after the stroke, but I was refused a meeting with a doctor to get a referral to the opthalmology clinic, instead they suggested I contact an optician, which I had already done. Basically, I have no confidence in this surgery at all.

    Yes the appointments system is very confusing. Got a text confirming mine at the Surgery. Checked on my Systmonline page and it says F2F (face to face) or Telephone. Not very helpful. So I checked with Reception and was told it is a telephone appointment only. What to do - go to the Surgery phone in hand and see what happens?

    Whoopee, got a text to say I have an appointment! I never asked for one and haven't a clue what it's for. Is Modality gaslighting me to make me think I'm losing the plot? Still, I've given them 5 stars for 1) effort and 2) because critical reviews are less likely to get published on this review site.

    Trying to contact using the website app. Only available after 8am. By 11:15am it was already offline until tomorrow. This is far from the first time. Dreadful service. (When you’re eventually able to see a doctor they’re fine but the online experience is beyond ridiculous.)

    Thanks to all the team at Modality from the initial call to the Doctor himself. Extremely thorough but friendly at the same time. Confidence inspiring in someone who has spoken to far too many doctors. Thanks again! There really is nothing wrong with telephone consultations.

    I put in three enconsults on the same day and all three were dealt with within 24 hours. I had an appointment that afternoon for one, booked an appointment at later date for another and received a telephone review for the third. Really happy with the service. My three queries I had been putting off as I didn't think they were particularly important very glad I got them all dealt with so quickly. Thank you.
