    Luckily its been a while since I've needed a Dr, but got a text about an appointment I have no knowledge of & that I can't make. So phone call ... waiting an hour on hold ... Plus I'm not even being sent to my own surgery or the one in the same practice over the road! Why make me travel farther than necessary?

    Absolutely terrible group of surgeries. They never have appointments, don't answer the phones, take up to 2 days to reply to e-consults which always result in gp calling back and saying you need to go to urgent care as we have no appointments for next 3 days ! This has been going on for months

    Having completed an Econsult yesterday morning I was advised to phone my GP surgery. Within 2 hours I was given an appointment to see a doctor that afternoon and prescribed medication. Excellent response. Well done Sidcup Medical Centre.
