   I've only had contact with the clerical staff and the nurses but they have all been exceptionally kind and helpful. Today I went for a blood test and the receptionist was getting constant calls and dealt with them all so compassionately. The nurse today and the one I saw for my first smear a few months ago were so lovely and really put me at ease. I know going to the GP can be a little nerve-racking sometimes so just wanted to share how postive my experiences have been.
