    After being sick and unable to keep any food or drink for 4 days and completing a e-consult form as is the only way to get an appointment it still took 2 more days for them to contact me and gave me an appointment for more than 25 days later.I had to go to A&E and when I raised a complaint they had the audacity to tell me that I was lucky as I. Other surgeries people wait 6 weeks for an appointment.Then they refused to do some blood test that were ordered by the hospital as a follow up,as some of my pancreatic levels were high.I never had a problem before but since Covid this surgery went downhill.

    Really delighted to use Klinik - online service to request a doctor call back. Submitted at 12.30 - call back same afternoon! Really great service - saves trying to get an appointment and wasting surgery time too!

    Repeat inhalers requested online - not issued or contacted to say why. Had to call the surgery twice to get it sorted - prescription team really unhelpful and still delayed issuing medication.

    I was not forwarded my blood results even though I chased them by calling the practice 4 times. It’s was flagged up as a priority for patient services to email them to me but it was not sent at all

    Suffered an injury while on holiday necessitating need for further action. Used online service and was contacted while abroad with an appointment as soon as I returned. Was seen promptly with urgent X-ray arranged. Just before holiday had needed antibiotics and again my online request actioned the same day. Have always had excellent service from this practice.

    The surgery is always welcoming. When I have filled in a e consult form, they are always very quick to call and sort an appointment or the Drs are quick to try and help sort whatever the problem may be. We normally have to go for my child and I know we can trust the service. A very good practice.

    I moved to this practice a few years ago and have nothing but praise for the staff I have seen there .. pleasant, polite and with a sense of humour which can make sensitive visits less stressful .. I have been offered fast appointments when I needed one and those appointments have been on time .. thank you :-)

    Having filled the online consultation form in I received a call within 30mins and an appointment within an hour Whilst there are many and I am sure genuine reports of appointment delays this certainly wasn’t my experience Took time to listen and assess my needs

    Turned up in good time for appointment only to be told the appointment booked on linewas not confirmed so it appears to be my fault the ststem is useless and I should be able to speak tp a human. When I tried to ring earlier to confiirm there was a message not to ring unless absolutely necessary.Waste of time.
