I recently needed a last minute prescription as I was going on holiday and had left my medication at my partners 2 hours away. The receptionist was extremely helpful, kind, considerate and within 20 mins I had a prescription from the doctor. My experience so far with shore medical has been very positive. Always willing to help. A credit to the NHS. Thank you.

I put my symptoms in Klinik form and asked if I could increase my medication and GP rang me the same day and gave advice and issued more medication. Very grateful for such a speedy response.

I take 4 tablets a day, heart related. Despite going to Wessex road to fill form for repeat, probably 2 weeks ago . Another occasion I went in and told reception I only had 2 days left . Tried online to order, and by NHS app. Also tried ringing, but about 20 people in front of me each time ! Have now been out of tablets for over a week !! Not good ?

Dear Alan, I am sorry you experienced poor service last November when you completed a request for repeat medication. At that time, we were experiencing high demand due to unplanned staff absence and recruitment issues. I am sorry that you were affected by this. Since Shore medical took over a number of local surgeries the service has plummeted. Electronics records and access wiped require more beauracratic nonsense to restore. As for getting an appointment at 'your' surgery. Forget it. All personal service has gone. It's an absolute shame that a once great practice has been swallowed up into a farcical monster of a 'company'.

The doctors at this practice are so supportive, approachable, understanding, efficient and professional. I have the highest of praise for them all. They really listen and care. I can highly recommend this practice and say it is one of the best. Thank you to the whole team there

My children have been looked after by this practice since birth and we have always received excellent care despite the many challenges faced by GPS over the last few years. The staff are second to none and true professionals. A 5* service.

I completed the online form early in the afternoon and received a phone call from GP by late afternoon and given a prescription and advice. I cannot fault the service and have always found the Surgery to be responsive. I understand that they have to prioritise their responses according to how urgent the issues are but I have found that the speed is commensurate with my problem.

Have been part of this practice for approx 17 years and have always been so pleased with the service we have received whether in be fit myself or one of my 3 children. They have been through and I haven’t felt rushed when had a problem the online system works great too and doctors are great at getting back to us quickly. Thank you for all that you do

I used the online Klinik form last night and had a response at 8.47 this morning. This is not the first time I have used the Klinik form and have always had a response within 24 hours. Excellent service
