    It is hard to get appointments as systems and apps does work properly. Today I spent 2 hrs to book appointment with GP but it was failure. As intentionally it is not letting me to book. Please at least make appointment easy for public.

    They sent me for an X-ray then gave me the results by text message. It was so short, sharp and impersonal I had to wiat another week before I got the true picture. That meant I had a stressful week of needless worry because a doctor was too busy to talk to me in spite of the pain and possibility of arthritis. Unless they start to treat us as human beings instead of problems they can close down and give the contract to someone else.

    Try getting help with my on goin problem with my sinusis only seem to diagnose over the phone like how that work gives me spray which puts me in extreme agony as not to be used with nose infections had this problem for over a year and just gets told try sumut instead of actually examined it to make it worse I'm sure I got sleep apnea as I stop breathing when I'm sleeping so get hold doctors I get a phone call appointment for 3 weeks time as apparently safe to wait so looks like more medication for I don't know

    Been trying to get appointment as stop breathing in my sleep if its sleep apnea it can be dangerous my answer back is you will have phone call appointment on 16th Jan that I will be fine until then had cancer couple months ago got told nothing there when I found a lump 2 weeks later surgery better of goin hospital if want real answers

    This has been the surgery I have used for the past 5 years. I've lived in a few places around England and this is the best, most helpful and accessible service I've experienced. Well organised and well run with helpful and professional staff throughout. I'm sorry to be moving away.

    I called the reception first thing on Monday morning because I had a couple of strange symptoms that I was very concerned about. The receptionist was kind, helpful and decisive, and arranged for the on-call GP to call me back right away. The doctor phoned me very quickly, discussed my symptoms, and asked me to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment. In the consultation, the doctor was thorough and caring. They phoned the spinal-ortho on-call doctor at Southmead to confirm best next steps, and I was advised to go to A&E for an emergency MRI. I was admitted as an inpatient to the hospital that evening for emergency surgery first thing the next day. I cannot praise highly enough the speed with which the GP saw me, and the way they treated me both on the phone and in the face-to-face appointment. The GP was absolutely brilliant, and I am so, so grateful to them and Shirehampton Group Practice. I hear lots of horror stories about GP surgeries from friends and family, but I am very pleased to say that Shirehampton Group Practice is exceptional.
