My daughter and I visited the surgery yesterday for a blood test, and the nurse was amazing. A very friendly, caring and kind manner and made my very anxious daughter feel calm. She was extremely understanding and very helpful. We have had a great experience overall at the surgery. It makes such a difference.

After just receiving goods results from my second PSA test. Concerned about suffering severe UTI and being in pain and uncomfortable. By 2.00 pm the same day. Appointment booked, sample in, gp consultation and prescription by 2.00pm. Nothing is too much for the close team at Shipdham. Thank you so much.

I find these doctors at this practice very knowledgeable and actually care about their patients. Doctors actually talk to you and discuss treatments.I have had follow up calls from a doctor out the blue to see how I was a week after my visit to make sure the medication was working and my problem was getting better, which it was. It kinda blew me away as never had this good a treatment from any practice before. The nurses are very good as well and receptionist are also good, so the whole package at shipdham surgery is the best .
