    Extremely efficient, easy to get appointments. Very caring Dr , quick referral for further tests . Have never had cause to complain about anything at this surgery.

  2. Review titled Extremely Poor Dispensary for Patients Prescriptions

    Having had a heart attack I was prescribed Ramipril (as well as other medicines). I have been advised to change this to Entresto, which is only to be started a prescribed days after stopping Ramipril. I called the dispensary to advise this and to ask if I could stop the Ramipril now given the leadtime to getting hold of Entresto. I was informed that the dispensary would have it in for me the following day. I therefore stopped Ramipril and called into the surgery two days later (this was Friday afternoon) to collect my prescription only to be informed it wasn't there and to try again on Monday!!! This is a key medicine to help my recovery and so that would not have worked! I told them that the situation was not acceptable and asked that they seek advice from a doctor. The dispensary employee came back and inform me that there was nothing she could do about it and I should go elsewhere (she was quite rude and given the circumstances did not care about how I was going to get my medication). Luckily my heart nurse (a fab lady) sorted out a prescription 13 miles away). This was a very upsetting and quite traumatic experience, which I would not want others to go through so be aware! This is the second time it has happened too - they simply don't care!!!, so I will pick up my paper prescription and get it elsewhere!
