My partner and I have both been given excellent, professional and patient focussed treatment for our wounds following ankle surgery and a fall. We both felt that we were in experienced hands and were given advice and guidance for our onward care. We feel that we couldn’t have been in better hands. In all honesty she was more experienced and knowledgeable in wound dressing than the hospital staff. Thank you very much an operation and a fall

I rang this morning just after 8 when they opened. Message said they were busy but they would ring back. Reception rang back at 8.32 - very polite and efficient. Advanced Nurse Practitioner rang me at 9.36 and was very professional and caring. Discussed my condition with reference to my records and issued a prescription. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you .
