    No problem with the form or appointment this time round thank you I've been with this GP for years. I did struggle when I didn't have a smart phone though but made ways round it. It's easy to use and hopefully the other week was just a one off thank you for your help over the years

    I think there needs a fairer review of the new triage system ive emailed for a appointment over a week ago with a gp as i cant get on the triage booking system it was closed by 10am the other day i worry the new system isnt fit for purpose you cant get on to fill out a form thats before the wait time its overcapacity as a suggestion if its closed so quickly all the time but it says accepting new patients but ive tried all last week to fill out the form and cant get on to do it each day got to wait till monday now but its a concern if a patient with urgent issues still cant get on to fill out the form to join the waiting time to be booked an appointment. this suggests too many patients already or new system needs working to be more efficent and fair to its patients

    I have had an awful experience this morning with a lady on reception. She was so rude, degrading and unhelpful, I called twice as I was worried about my health, which I understand the surgery is limited to appointments but I also would appreciate a slight bit off reassurance from a ‘doctor receptionist’. I had a referral from 111 to the doctors to which when I called the surgery back regarding this she told me ‘if you can’t wait until 8am tomorrow get yourself to a&e’, in a rude sarcastic tone. If you don’t have some kind of compassion you should not be in this type of job.

  4. Review titled Repeat Prescription-Notification

    I have completed repeat prescription online. It's been over a week and I haven't received any notification from my GP Practice or Pharmacy saying, prescription is ready for collection. I had to pop down my lunch time to my GP Practice and ask them to check in their system. Reception told me, they are ready for collection. It would be an ideal, if the system automatically message me, "ready for collection". Reception told me, they don't have that facility. Very disappointed. Hope this will change in future.

    Thank you for your comments. Although we do not have the facilities to text each patient that their prescription is ready, you are able to check via your NHS app the status of each prescription request so that you can see once it has been issued, I hope this helps, Many thanks SMC

  5. Review titled New triage system is an improvement

    I used the triage system, i.e. form describing health problem, for the first time this week and I found it a big improvement on hanging on endlessly for a receptionist to answer the phone. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment to see the doctor 2 days later (My condition was not an emergency). While waiting I witnesses the receptionist being very friendly and patient - the same could not always be said of the patients. I don't know how good the new system will be with more urgent cases but I am pleased with my treatment in this surgery
