Excellent service. Informative and reassuring. Started on time. Efficient. Advice given was comprehensive. BMI checked, pulse and blood pressure tested. Cholesterol test administered.

The doctor was very kind and professional and sorted my problem out with antibiotics I got an appointment same day Receptionist was very friendly

Rang for an appointment on a Friday afternoon, not expecting one until the following week, was asked if I could come in immediately. What a fantastic service.

We got appointment the same day I called the practice - this happens almost every time I have ever needed to make an appointment and it’s something I really value and appreciate about the practice. We were given advice and referred to specific websites for further details. I’m very grateful for the level of care we receive and would highly recommend

Always seen for an appointment same day or the next. Helpful and attentive Good healthcare. Will always feel I can relay to people I have a good practice. Never been concerned about not being seen for myself or my children, The doctor my daughter saw today was great. She was very engaging, great rapport with a child and explained it all very well to both myself and speaking to my daughter. Thank you kindly

Had my flu jab at the surgery today. Seamless service and lovely people. Took less than five minutes. I believe over a hundred people received their flu jab today. Thank you Shay Lane Medical Centre.

Attended my flu vaccination at the practice. It was very busy but handled with first class efficiency and was seen and left within minutes. A couple of questions I had were answered in a caring and understanding manner.

Despite my problem being very minor in comparison to other ailments-an infected thumbnail, on three occasions I have been dealt with promptly and courteously. Twice I was offered a a face to face consultation within a couple of hours of ringing the practice and on a third occasion received a telephone call also very quickly. The doctors have shown concern and compassion I have felt well supported.

Over the last few years, I have approached my GP practice with my health related issues. The communication, team working and the response has always been great. I am very pleased with their service.
