Their patient staff relationship is very cordinal The Dr i sew today help me to get the medicarion i needed. He was also much concen about my referal to the appropriate team.

The nurse was very kind and she took my blood samples very quickly... usually it takes time because they say, "you have deep veins ".

Moved to this surgery after my previous doctor was not listening to what was wrong with me. I can’t believe I left it so long to change as the staff here are absolutely amazing and actually listen to my concerns and act accordingly. I would recommend this surgery.

She is very thorough, and her approach is with utmost care and respect towards the clients. She is an absolute delightt to speak with, in person and over the phone. I wanna say thanks, beautiful, becausee of your dedicated time towards my matter; I had received a call from the ADHD department. Your a star ;)

My mum attended for blood test. The nurse was kind, caring and helpful. Would think it would be better if you didn't have to return for a separate appointment on a different day to get a blood test and would it not be possible to get a blood test if needed at the time of the GP appointment.

My appointment went by pretty well, I highly recommend this to everyone but experience was very, very good and I really liked it. Good communication and nice staff who were very kind. Overall I will recommend it and I really liked it. 👍

I’ve had a very positive experience at Shanti Medical Centre. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to listen carefully to your concerns. They genuinely care about your health and always give helpful advice. The receptionists are also really kind and supportive – they go out of their way to help with appointments and any questions you have. Overall, it’s a well-run practice that puts patients first.

I had a very bad experience with the GP I saw today and felt extremely disheartened by his approach, demeanour and reluctance to offer help or support of any kind. I’m not use to this kind of service and I have been under mental Health for a long period of time. At a time when I needed support and help I felt neglected, the GP was inattentive, did not give me eye contact throughout the appointment and was completely un empathetic and cold. I left extremely upset and asked to speak a member of the team at reception. The lady sat me down in a private room and offered a kind hearted ear and listened to my worries and concerns. This put me at ease and I strongly believe if there were many people who showed kindness the way this member of staff did then it would certainly make a lot of these service easier to deal with for people with mental health issues.

I got a appointment when l went to the doctor's but l could not book on line but I can understand why l have to go in because there was a lot of people waiting to see the doctor
