  1. Review titled Frustrating

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Got glass in my finger and went to a pharmacist for advice who advised me to contact gp or a&e but I didn't feel a&e was needed. Contacted gp who just automatically sent me to 111, who then put me through to a gp, who then sent me to a&e where I sat for 9 hours for a dr to palpitate my finger and say they wouldn't do anything. If a gp or nurse practitioner had simply done this for me when I contacted I would not have had to add to the pressures of ed. This has been a really negative experience for me because I was very uncomfortable about being in ed and it has retriggered my depressive spiral due to a multitude of factors but mainly because I now feel a lot of self hate for wasting nhs services

  2. Review titled Leaking vein

Rated 1 star out of 5

After complaining about a large purple area on my lower leg several times. I finally had a test for my circulation. I was told it was nothing to be concerned about. I have changed to a practice in Evesham. I have now had a CT scan . Well I have a leaking vein which needs to be tied off or I could get a fatal clot. Because it’s taken so long to diagnose I am on an eighteen month waiting list. Thank goodness I changed to another practice who actually listened to me when I said my leg was swelling. Disgusted with this practice.

  3. Review titled Awful service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Impossible to get through, and when you do eventually get through reception they are rude and insensitive. It’s impossible to get an appointment with the doctor, normally end up with a nurse practitioner. There are things I need to speak with a doctor about that I’m now having to find a way to cope without medical guidance. The service makes me reluctant to go to the doctor now as I feel I am not listened to and they just want to get you out the way as soon as possible. No wonder a&e’s are jam packed as people go straight there with non emergent issues because they either can’t get through to a GP or don’t bother trying.
