Always get an appointment for me and my children, they are patient giving me other time options (if possible) so it works around my schedule

All staff alike are friendly and efficient, appointments usually available and I have been seen in a timely manner both booking the appointment and waiting in the surgery.

Nothing is ever too much trouble at this practice. The receptionists, nurses,doctors,nurse practitioner etc are amazing and what a comfort it is to us to know they are there.

I have been with this practice for many years, i have always got a appointment when needed. I would recommend all the service i receive from the reception ,nurses, doctors cannot fault this surgery, i have watched it grow throughout the years. One word excellent.

everyone at the surgery from reception to consultations are pretty outstanding in my view never feel rushed and go out of theirway to listen and try to accommodate patients views feel very lucky to have spmp as my surgery

The staffs and doctors are very keen and respected to the patients sometimes the receptionist are not very kind on the phone, they don't let you speak and it's very frustrating
