.My appointments were prompt, and the Doctors and nurse that dealt with me were very kind, reassuring, and gave excellent treatment. I feel very confident in the Practice.

I only signed up to this practice two months ago after moving to the area from Cornwall. First impressions are everything, and the lovely receptionist not only made me feel welcome but was knowledgeable to boot. Nurses are efficient and doctors are extremely helpful. I left feeling very reassured. Thanks to all.

Just want to say what amazing service.. it makes all the difference when you get a friendly voice at the other end of the phone ..I phoned the surgery as felt quite ill and the lovely Irish lady booked me in the same day ..she was so friendly and accommodating...once I had seen the doctor who was very supportive I had to book my blood tests and ECG at the receptionist ..the receptionist went above and beyond to book the two appointments close together on the same day ..a big thank you to the hard working staff at the Selden Surgery Worthing

It is not possible to make an appointment with the surgery, you have to phone up on the day. Ideally, unless it’s an Emergency, I would like to be able to phone up and book an appointment at a certain time in the future. Having to sit in a phone queue listening to an auto attendant puts me off trying to get to see a GP. I know this is common with many surgeries yet I am at a loss to understand why Appointments cannot be made for future dates!?However, when you do get through the phone queue and get an appointment you’re able to attend, the treatment that you get is always friendly and welcoming. I saw a physician’s associate today, (never knew these existed) and I cannot fault the warm and friendly care I was given. Now I’m on a looooong waiting list for an ENT consultation.

I've been having stomach issues for awhile due to a hiatus hernia. I visited a doctor at the surgery that I hadn't seen before and they were extremely good! They took the time to explain my issue and how it could cause my symptoms, went through my medications and found that there was one that may be causing issues and prescribed me some different medication. It's good to know there are still some really good doctors around, thank you!
