   When I signed up for this practice, I felt really cared for, the doctor in charge of the surgery had a genuine interest in patients and I couldn't be happier with this place. Nowadays it's really been downhill. Appointments, with rare exceptions, feel really rushed, with an extra question will be returned with a "you need to book a separate appointment". Oftentimes there are big delays in getting seen. But what tipped over for me was today, having waited 20 minutes for my appointment that I was there on time for, I asked the staff to deal with an emergency for 10 minutes, and coming back, I missed my appointment. Apparently nothing could be done. It's incredible how much flexibility we have to offer, being off work to be waiting for sometimes more than an hour past the appointment time, while the practice is so inflexible the other way around. What a waste of time. I really hope the practice gets back to its previous form, it used to be such a good place.
