    Today I put in a klinik request for an appointment. I put the request in at 11.26 am and at 11.37 am I had the dr on the phone with the offer of an appointment the next day with the professional that I had requested to see. This was a first class service. You can’t ask for anything better than this. It appears from my experience of using the system that it works well.

    Sometimes its difficult for the hospitals and GP Practices to communicate things like medication changes, and its all down to systems out of the workers controls. My son had such an issue recently and once the practice were aware of it they absolutely nailed a response and a positive outcome. Well done to all concerned and thank you for doing what you do

    It was OK but most of the time u can't see the doctors it always seems to be with a nurse u should be able to have the choice as it is a doctors surgery so my experience not good

    Did Klinik request at 8.30am Phone call from GP and antibiotics prescribed and started by 10.45. What fantastic service I know that you are all under great stress with volume of your workload but the Klinik system seems to work well I don’t think some patients understand the concept of triage and so they get frustrated that they haven’t had a call . I’ve had great service today and on several other occasions , I just hope I don’t have to bother you again any time soon Thankyou to all

    On multiple occasions the drs have exceeded the timeframe to get back to you. Requested an appointment on Thursday at 7am, it’s Tuesday but obviously the drs are closed now, but I know even on Wednesday they won’t get back to me with an appointment. When you call up to chase it up, they say they’ll ‘flag’ it. I know from working in a similar industry, that won’t be seen by anyone until they go in to this to make an appointment so it’s completely pointless. I feel like the surgery are doing nothing to improve the demand for appointments as this has happened for months and months. I’m too scared to get in contact for other health problems.

    The appointment system at this surgery has long been horrendous having to call while commuting at 8.30am to sit on hold for 30 mins to get in a queue for another 20 to be told no appointments left try again tomorrow. Now replaced with Klinik. The Klinik itself is awful.....list the times you are not available??? And do you mean for call or appt? The wording is poor and leaves responses open to so much interpretation. For example I explained an appointment for my child would need to be outside of school hours. Was ultimately offered 8.45am? School starts 8.40am?! Guess the booker has no kids or starts work after 9? The main problem though is that once you've submitted your request what next?!!! It's just an unlimited wait for someone to get back to you. Could be hours. Could be days. Has been over a week. No way to chase it up.......still can't get through to reception to speak to a person without sitting in an automated system for an age and there is no way to leave a message without doing Klinik all over again! Then out of the blue you'll get a text stating an appointment or call time.....no discussion... no option to accept it or otherwise! People have lives. And kids. And jobs. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment at a time that is convenient and know what that time is at the point of booking. Have twice tried to get appointments for my kids and been offered 7.30am or 8.45am on a Monday with the text arriving on the Friday night so no way to let school know they will be late Monday and me having to be late for work. Ordered a repeat prescription via Klinik. Absolutely zero idea if it has been processed or my message even read. Too much effort to just say 'got it/ collect in 3 days'? Guarantee I'll head to pharmacy to be met with blank stares. I'm all for online booking but this system sucks. Please treat us with a little more respect and consideration.

    spoke to doctor Tuesday morning, about pains in bladder, he said do a sample test straight away and he would dip sample it by 12 noon and get back to me,and also send it away , as no contact i rang the surgery Tuesday late afternoon to be told nothing on my file yet, so rang back late Wednesday morning to be told it had been sent away, but no sign of doctor doing a sample, so i am left in pain,

    I visited the practice on Thursday 10th November 2022 with two medical issues that were troubling me at times. The doctor that had been assigned to give me my consultation was so professional in their approach to my issues and explained what tests I required made me feel so at ease. The doctor in question was so efficient that I had contact with the relevant surgery/ hospital departments that will be conducting my tests the following day. The receptionists in the office and the Klinik system is faultless, even for someone new to the system. Thank you so much for providing such a truly excellent service.

    I have had nothing but hassle every time I have used the new klinik service. I have used it 4 times recently and every single time there has been a problem and I've had to ring to get it sorted anyway. 2 of the times I rang the phones were just ringing and ringing for 20 minutes before someone eventually answered. Unless things are improved soon, I will be looking into moving to a different doctors surgery as the amount of stress I get every time I need to contact them is unbelievable.

  10. Review titled Telephone consultations for hard of hearing?

    I suffer from severe hearing loss, being offered a telephone consultation is a joke. I end up (sometimes) actually getting a face to face appointment, imagine my horror to see a doctor with a mask covering their face, how can I lip read? Over several months I have had my blood tested to find out the cause of my problems, not once has a doctor tried to contact me regarding the results, there is no continuity of care. I remember when this surgery employed doctors who care, not now though.
