First of all the reception team go out of their way to make an appointment and get you booked in. The doctors and the nursing team are just absolutely brilliant I can’t thank them enough thank you so much.

My appointment was made the following morning and minor surgery was arranged within three weeks. Despite all the cuts and bad press re GP surgeries Schopwick is first class . Appointments made quickly great receptionist nurses and excellent doctors. Well done Schopwick. 5* treatment.

No problems getting through to the expert team front of house; easy to make a booking with a professional. Very short waiting time, caring, polite surgery!

My experience of being with Schopwick surgery at Bushey has served to reinforce my opinion that as with all things in life, there is good, bad and indifferent. My usual GP at Schopwick is knowledgeable, attentive and very professional. And to a patient like myself, who has multiple co/morbidities, and is immunocompromised, that is a very important profile indeed.

Always easy to obtain a telephone or face to face appointment. Receptionists are helpful and polite and even when a problem arises the practice deal with the situation promptly and professionally. Service is second to none and really appreciated.

It’s necessary to reiterate how good Schopwick Surgery is, as I have friends living in other areas, who have zero relationships with their GP’s. It is so necessary to have confidence in the entire team, and Schopwick give me that support. Everything is a two way street, & it is impossible to please everyone. Especially some patients who expect the impossible! I have always found Schopwick an exceptional practice, and any negative remarks from patients, I would never listen to. Every Doctor, admin, reception personnel etc, have been more than helpful to me, & it is always good to talk to people and not at them!! So thank you very much Schopwick Team.

I really like the fact I can get a telephone appointment which I had recently. My Doctor is very caring and listened to my problem which I am now able to go forward with. I find this really convenient as needed advice more than a face to face and my problem and I now know, my problem will be resolved. I feel this also frees up a slot for when a patient really needs a face to face appointment.
