The fairly new online doctor’s appointment booking system for Saxon Brook medical in Maidenbower Crawley works very well. You fill in the form in the morning at 8:30 and with in two hours you either got an appointment or a doctor calls you back . I am very pleased with this fairly easy to use system . The receptionist who called me back was also very friendly and helpful.

I have struggled many times with the online system. When i call up, i am always spoken to so kindly and the staff always take the time to make me feel that i did the right thing to call. I always get an appointment that same day for my little boy. When i see the Doctors they are always so kind, welcoming and always make myself and little boy feel comfortable. They give sound and helpful advice and i always feel reassured! I am so grateful and felt i needed to leave a review to say thank you for all your hard work during this difficult time for NHS.

We have had to use the services of this surgery on a professional basis many times in the last year. I cannot express how quickly the GPs and surgery respond and produce required paperwork - they put other local surgeries to shame!! The GPs we have met have been such wonderful people and are very caring to their patients and families. They are exactly how all surgeries should be!! Be proud all of you :)

Many times, my medication was reviewed by a telephone call with a practitioner, who phoned me at an agreed time. Worked very well for me. Also, after submitting a request for repeat prescription, I receive a text message, confirming the request has been approved and passed on to the pharmacy. Works like clockwork every time.
