    Cannot get repeat prescription renewed as it need to be reviewed by a doctor. Impossible to get any appointments as I’m being told to check in the morning between 08:30 and 08:40. Without fail, the screen just says "no appointments" and staff refuses to help over the phone. Incredibly frustrating and I have no doubt dangerous for many who are trying to get appointments.

    To be honest I'm not sure how to begin this review because it seems that everything regarding help for your illness or condition is blocked in one way or another it's almost impossible to speak to a doctor or clinician & the difficulty in obtaining help is unbelievable you could literally die while awaiting help , I'm sure that every doctor is busy but push buttons & phone options are not the way to treat the sick . When you are unwell & unable to move very far being sick you don't expect to be advised to go to a walk in centre for help when you have just explained you can't move .

    My experience is very good, all the staff is kind. They are always considered my health situation and help me all the times that i need.

    Seen for a review end of July with nurse very helpful and polite , as all the Drs I’ve seen over the past few years ! Receptionist always try to help if they don’t know the answer they will always get back to me within 24 hrs .thank you

    I received a missed call at 12.43 today (04/07/2022) no voice message left.... I finally manage to speak with a member of staff @ 17.58 and asked why I had received the call and why no message was left the call was to make an appointment for a smear ( usally done by text ) and they are not allowed to leave messages . So they are happy for patients to worry themselves sick as to why the Doctors are trying to contact them than leave simple message ie, Don't worry only trying to make you an appointment for xxxx, or don't worry nothing serious I'll call back. I then asked to speak to the Practice Manager and was told (in my opinion ) quite abruptly no if I want to speak with them then I'm to make a complaint.... really is this how things work now ? I understand both sites are closed from12.3pm tomorrow for urgent training maybe you should look at your procedures as well. Its my birthday today thank you ruining it by leaving me to worry all day

    We are very unhappy & very worried as It was bad enogh to try & get an appt before the new online appt system that started 18th July 2022. Now impossible my Husband has tried to get an appt just b4 on 14th July 2022 was told to want till 18th July 2022 - Why? - To look at a lump! but no good, cant even get the online requst answered prop was told to submit it again - why? So let's hope its not cancer. Will have to go to a walk in center! its a disgrace, absolute digrace & so very stressful I feel we are living in a third world country. i hope the Gps/staff at the surgery revolt to there unrealistic employers who make these changes - as we are people not pye charts! People are of high risk & i fear some will die from this ridiculous change which has gone from bad to very much worse/impossible to get a appointment situation. Someone needs to reviwe the whole thing & start again.

Please be assured that we have worked very hard on this appointment system and believe that it is a positive change for our staff and patients and a system we have seen have great results elsewhere.   7. Review titled Great HRT knowledge and support

    I have seen 3 different female GPs at the surgery over the last year or so to discuss menopause symptoms and treatments. All 3 GPs have been outstanding with their knowledge, understanding, patience and support. They’ve worked with me to find the type of HRT best suited to me, and I have always felt listened to and respected. As far as knowledge and treatment for menopausal symptoms goes, I cannot rate this surgery and it’s GPs highly enough.
