I sent my prescription with pharmacy for you and I have just had an email from them saying you have not yet done my prescription. Can I have an update on this please?

I have had several dealings with my surgery and have ‘always’ felt that I am valued as a patient. They have been very keen to facilitate any request if possible. My experience has always been one of friendliness by the staff.
