I have been treated brilliantly by reception, and by 3 clinicians, when I was really in need of careful but firm handling. The new approach using electronic, telephone and face to face is being well balanced.

We arrived for blood test and found the receptionist very helpful and friendly our appointment was on time and the nurse who took the blood was also very friendly and made him feel very relaxed.

I attended a contraception appointment and the staff were so informative. Both nurses in the room were very kind and calming and put me right at ease. They made a difficult appointment very easy. Thank you

My medical practitioner was very patient and polite at having to explain some home truths to reassure me about my problem and and arranged a blood test to assess any underlying conditions I once again have to thank all the staff at this practice for the service I received

I saw a practice physio to discuss an hip and lower back problem dating back to 1974. The discussion was wide-ranging and helpful to me and I am to be referred to have a lower back X-ray .

I was seen on time. Doctor was very pleasant listened to my concerns answered my questions clearly. Didn't rush, felt he had plenty of time for me.

I have had to personally go to the surgery with respect to prescription problem with my chemist and to change appointments and find the assistants very helpful even when busy
